Grassland Management, LLC offers a minimal cost consulting service to our clients. Each annual contract is tailored to each individual landowner and property.
-Absentee Landowners
-Farmers and Ranchers who desire professional management of their properties
-Recreational and Hunting clients who are looking to improve the quality and quantity of wildlife
-Trust or Land Management groups who desire "boots on the ground"
-Inspection of property to identify noxious weeds, woody encroachment, and other challenges
-Provide management recommendations to correct challenges noted during inspections
-Provide mapping of areas of concern and prioritize management needs
-Provide input on areas for food plots, corridors and other wildlife enhancement
-Advise on wildfire fuel reduction to decrease threat in the future
-Notify clients of changes within Farm Service Agency (FSA), Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), and state or local requirement as it pertains to CRP or other lands
-Notify Clients of upcoming deadlines for management on CRP or other lands
-Assist in finding programs and funding for many of the management services outlines below
-Provide an annual detailed, written report of inspection finding and treatments (if conducted)
-Prioritize your projects over non-contracted clients
-Mileage charges will not be applied to service work
